Multiplatform video provider Vubiquity has expanded its deal with HBO for delivery of HBO On Demand and Cinemax On Demand services to various devices, in standard and high definition.

Vubiquity manages and provisions more than 45GB of content each month, working with over 330 content providers and more than 270 service providers worldwide, including every pay-TV operator in North America. The company provides managed content management, quality control, menu mapping and distribution. For the past ten years, Vubiquity has delivered HBO content to hundreds of service providers for set-top box viewing. In addition to on-demand content distribution, Vubiquity is also an approved TV everywhere authentication provider for HBO's own streaming services, HBO GO and MAX GO.
"HBO continues to play an important role for the evolving multiplatform MVPD community," said Jim Riley, chief revenue officer for Vubiquity. "We're thrilled to expand our decade-long partnership in support of their distribution strategy."
