The Croatian broadcaster Nova TV has sent an official letter to cable operators and the relevant regulatory agencies in neighbouring Bosnia & Herzegovina (B&H) forbidding the retransmission of its channels Nova TV and Doma TV.
According Teve, it says that no permission has been granted to do so to AGICOU or any other organisation registered for collective gathering of copyright in B&H or any other territory.
Interestingly, the letter has not been sent to all cablecos in B&H and indeed to IPTV operators.
Nova TV is owned by Central European Media Enterprises (CME), which also has broadcast interests in five other CEE markets.
