Time Warner Cable (TWC) and Journal Broadcast Group have reached a retransmission agreement to restore Journal Broadcast programming to Time Warner Cable customers’ channel line-up in areas of Wisconsin, Palm Springs, California and Omaha, Nebraska.
“We appreciate our customers’ patience and loyalty throughout the dispute,” said Andrew Rosenberg, senior vice president of content acquisition for Time Warner Cable. “As in all of our negotiations, we aim to hold down programming costs and retain our ability to deliver a great video experience for our customers. We are glad that we were able to achieve both.”
Journal Broadcast programming will be added to Milwaukee’s WTMJ (NBC), Green Bay’s WGBA (NBC), WACY (MyNetwork TV), Palm Springs’ KMIR (NBC) and KPSE (MyNetwork TV), and Omaha’s KMTV (CBS).
