DLA has announced that content from Turner will be available on its video-on-demand (VOD) streaming platform for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Some of most popular Turner news, animation and entertainment channels will be distributed throughout the region thanks to the agreement.
Over 300 titles from Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Adult Swim, truTV, Infinito and I.Sat will be available on the streaming and multiscreen service from this month. The VOD product is currently commercialised under the brand Neon by network operators in Latin America, Clarovideo on Claro platforms and Now by Net Brasile.
“By adding content from Turner's most popular channels we complete our offer and add value to our streaming product,” explained Pablo Iacoviello, manager for new acquirements at DLA. “We are extending our relationship with one of the biggest producers in the world and extending our digital presence”.
The content will be renewed monthly and will have classic and sports series, concerts and popular kids’ shows from Turner. “We understand the viewer wants to choose when and where to watch TV, and we think it's important to add Turner to this kind of initiative, which improves the relationship between the viewer and their favourite shows,” added Whit Richardson, SVP for sales and marketing of Turner Latin America.
