Electus licenses Bet on Your Baby to China's CCTV-1

Electus has licensed Bet on Your Baby to China's largest commercial broadcaster, CCTV-1, which will launch it this month.
In addition to the deal with CCTV-1, the distribution outfit has licensed Bet on Your Baby into 21 other territories. The reality competition series, which airs on ABC in the United States, is a primetime game show in which parents try to predict their child's next move in an effort to win money for their child's future education.
"The successful rollout of Bet on Your Baby internationally has proven that titles which are developed to be both relatable and entertaining from their inception, will always have the best chance for global success," said John Pollak, president of Electus International. "Licensing Bet on Your Baby to CCTV-1 in China and 21 other territories so soon after its launch in the U.S. is a true testament to the global appeal of this unique format."
Zespa Media worked alongside Electus International to secure the deal with CCTV-1.
