Fight Sports Network signs carriage deal with mio TV

CSI Sports has signed a multi-year carriage deal for its new 24/7 channel Fight Sports Network in HD with SingTel mio TV.

The launch on Singapore’s leading pay-TV operator follows a series of carriage deals with broadcasters in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Fight Sports' programme line-up includes the LIVE HBO World Championship Boxing series, the Big Fights LIVE series, which features World Title fights sanctioned by the WBA, WBC, IBF and WBO, plus championship kickboxing, mixed martial arts and martial arts tournaments from around the world. In addition, viewers can watch some of history’s most memorable fights through the exclusive series Mega Fights, featuring fighters including Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, Oscar De La Hoya and George Foreman.

Craig Miele, co-CEO of CSI Sports, said: “After launching the Fight Sports Network at the end of 2012, we have already secured carriage deals in almost a dozen countries with other launches to be announced soon.
