Encompass Digital Media centralises booking management with ScheduALL

ScheduALL, a provider of enterprise resource management software for media and transmission, has been engaged to centralise the management of bookings across Encompass Digital Media in the US.
Encompass owns and operates teleport facilities throughout the US, Latin America, UK and Asia and ScheduALL's transmission management tool, LINK, manages satellite, fibre and equipment inventories. This aims to validate the technical relationships of each component for efficient, conflict-free booking. The software offers global visibility over operation from the management of custom pricing and contracts, through scheduling guidance to invoice generation.
The result is said to be cross-facility operational awareness of resources and streamlined processes, leading to a company proactive in dealing with customer bookings, operations readiness, future planning and financial reconciliation. "Encompass continues to grow globally and our customer base is expanding, we needed a solution that would meet the needs of the global market place," said Rich Rozycki, senior director and project manager of global OU services at Encompass. "[We have] a comprehensive tool that centralises control, enhancing our unparalleled service to our customers."
Following the successful implementation of ScheduALL at its US facilities, Encompass is preparing the next step in centralising its global booking network to bring its UK network online.
