TV Komm. 2014 explores new media world

German media conference TV Komm., which takes place on 25 February 2014 in Karlsruhe, will focus on the business opportunities and prospects that increasing cross-platform and on-demand usage have for content providers.

The main topics are how to accompany the consumer throughout the day, how to create customer relationships and business models, for example through offerings and advertisements for specific target groups, and how to customise distribution and marketing strategies.

In various workshops, executives from public and commercial TV and radio broadcasters, media houses, platform operators, the games industry and agencies will present and discuss their business models, experiences and future plans. An additional area will explore the opportunities interactive screens on new gym machines have for the media industry, for example regarding the provision of media content, interconnection with Facebook and further offerings through apps.
