TVN appoints new chief strategy officer

Polish media group TVN has appointed Christian Anting as its chief strategy officer and managing director of international distribution.
Anting will be responsible for the companyís strategic development, with a focus on retail and subscription based-services, and e-commerce activities as well as non-fictional linear and non-linear content exploitation. His responsibilities will also include TVN Groupís international distribution activities, both on the linear and non-linear side, including TVNís international channel iTVN.
Anting joins TVN from nc+ platform, where he served as vice-president of the management board (previously Canal+ Cyfrowy SA), responsible for programming and product. He also held the position of vice-president of the management board and COO in ITI Neovision, the operator of n platform. He will reporting to TVN president and CEO Markus Tellenbach.
