Euronews is now being broadcast on Canal Futura, an educational TV channel accessible to 84 million Brazilians.

From Monday to Friday, Canal Futura broadcasts a ten-minute programme at 3.50pm (local time) with three additional rebroadcasts at 12.50am, 2.15am and 7.50am.

This non-profit-making educational Brazilian channel is part of a public interest social project and is available to 15 million households in Brazil via satellite, cable (NET, Embratel, Claro TV), terrestrial TV and in many universities.

The agreement enables Canal Futura to choose among the range of programmes produced by Euronews in various areas such as education, culture, science, technology, entertainment and in-depth reports.
