Dubai-based Taj Television, broadcaster of Ten Sports and Ten Cricket, has acquired the exclusive TV rights across Asia and the Middle East for Cricket South Africa matches until 2020.

"We're extremely pleased to have won the commercial rights of Cricket South Africa. This is a testament to our commitment to the game of cricket and fans as we cement our relationship with Cricket South Africa," Atul Pande, CEO, Taj Television Limited (TTL).

With this latest acquisition, TTL has the regional broadcast rights for matches organised by five international cricket boards: South Africa, Pakistan, West Indies, Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe.

"Through our television channels Ten Cricket and Ten Sports, our website and our various wireless platform initiatives, we are confident of taking the rights of Cricket South Africa to new heights by working along with the various partners and are committed to set new benchmarks in broadcasting and distribution," said Pande.
