StarHub TV adds two Chinese channels to its bouquet

StarHub has added two Chinese channels to its line-up - Dragon TV and now HaiRun, aimed at catering for increasing demand in Singapore for content from China.

Dragon TV is a Mandarin broadcaster with a global vision. Its news segments focus on current affairs around the world, and consist of five hours each day on the 24/7 channel. It also provides dramas, talk shows and reality shows, including China’s Got Talent, Let’s Shake It, and Studio No.1.

now HaiRun is a dedicated Chinese drama channel, launched jointly by Hong Kong pay-TV operator now TV and Chinese production company HaiRun Media & Entertainment Group. The channel provides round-the-clock entertainment including critically-acclaimed made-in-China drama series. To ensure suitability for overseas audiences, selected dramas, which are produced by HaiRun Media & Entertainment Group, will be edited and packaged by now TV.
