French global news agency AFP has concluded a deal with B2B video network Rightster to have its video contents distributed and monetised worldwide.
The deal means Rightster has now become one of AFP's premium news videos distribution partners on the Web.
Under the agreement AFP, which considers video as a "strategic focus for business in 2014", will syndicate a selection of its international news videos to websites within Rightster's network.
With 90 units operating around the world, AFP produces more than 200 videos in seven languages per day.
New content includes events like the Sotchi Winter Olympics and the FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
