Pan-Arab pay-TV operator OSN is to provide live coverage of the Winter Olympics from Sochi, Russia, beginning 7 February 2014.

All the action from the 15 sports of the winter games will be spread across four channels: OSN Sports 1 HD, OSN Sports 2, OSN Sports 4 and OSN Sports 4.

In addition, on-demand viewing can be found via the Dubai-based broadcaster's online video platform OSN Play.

"OSN was the official broadcast partner of the London 2012 Olympics and the Paralympic Games and we are extremely proud to be bringing unprecedented coverage of the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics to every OSN home in the Middle East and North Africa," said Andy Warkman, vice president sports and production, OSN.

OSN recently enhanced its sports portfolio by launching the region's first dedicated combat sports channel OSN Fight Network HD. It's acquisition in 2013 of the Pehla pay-TV platform has also resulted in a huge boost to its cricket coverage, now shown on OSN Sports Cricket HD. It also has regional broadcast rights for golf, rugby, WWE and American football.
