Eurosport has announced that it will be the exclusive pan-European broadcaster of the six classic matches being held worldwide to promote 2014 World Tennis Day on 3 March.
Eurosport and Eurosport 2 will broadcast live in Europe all the matches from the three showpiece events taking place in Hong Kong, London and New York.
Eurosport also has the digital rights of the matches and will show them live and on-demand on Eurosport Player, Eurosport's online simulcast TV service.
Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, Pete Sampras, Andre Agassi and Na Li are some of the stars participating into the World Tennis Day, now in its second year.
This event was launched in 2013 by the International Tennis Federation and StarGames to promote tennis and increase participation among young people around the globe.
Eurosport is the host broadcaster of the World Tennis Day Showdown and will produce the matches including a re-run of the 1987 Wimbledon final between Ivan Lendl and Pat Cash.
The channel will also broadcast an on-site show called Game, Set & Mats, co-hosted by Annabel Croft and Grand Slam champion Mats Wilander.
