Sinclair promotes execs to support growth

Sinclair Broadcast Group has announced the corporate promotion of Justin Bray to vice president and corporate controller of Sinclair, and the elevation of Jamie Dembeck to vice president of human resources of Sinclair, from director of HR.
Bray was promoted from corporate controller, and will continue to be responsible for the company's corporate accounting, shared services including accounts payable and payroll, SEC reporting and technical accounting.
"Since joining Sinclair in 2011, Justin has been instrumental in leading and developing the corporate accounting department, adding talented team members and searching for process improvements in order to adapt to the company's tremendous growth over the last two years," said Sinclair CFO and executive vice president David Amy. "His strong accounting and SEC reporting background has been an asset with regards to researching the company's complex accounting matters. Sinclair is excited to acknowledge his hard work and leadership skills within the organisation."
Dembeck will continue to be responsible for the company's human resources, including employee relations, labour relations, training, compliance and employment practices.
"In over ten years with Sinclair, Jamie has made significant contributions through her leadership of the human resources department, including very thorough employee and labour relations work, conducting detailed M&A analysis, developing and leading staff, and providing sound advice and guidance to our managers on every facet of human resources," Amy said. "Sinclair is fortunate to have her managing the Company's important efforts in this regard."
