Turner Broadcasting System Deutschland will change the name of its German women and lifestyle channel Glitz into TNT Glitz on 1 April, moving the pay-TV channel closer to its sister channels TNT Serie and TNT Film.

The channel which targets women between 20 and 39 will at the same time get a new pink logo resembling the logos of TNT Serie and TNT Film. The new slogan will be "Wir sind pink" ("We are pink").

Turner has also gained a new distribution partner for the channel's HD version as from 1 April, TNT Glitz HD will be accessible to all Sky satellite customers within basic package Sky Welt and thereby also become available in Austria for the first time. The number of subscribers will increase to more than 3.4 million through the move.
