Cricket fans across the Middle East and North Africa will be able to watch live coverage of the Asia Cup from 25 February on OSN Sports Cricket HD.
The one day international (ODI) based tournament – featuring Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan – will be held at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium in Fatullah, Bangladesh.
"We are extremely pleased to bring cricket fans live and exclusive coverage of the Asia Cup, and the 2014 edition will be in stunning HD for the first time ever. India take on Pakistan on 2 March, this is always a special game and if both teams make the final we will see them play each other again six days later," said Andy Warkman, VP sports & production, OSN.
Pay-TV operator OSN will follow the Asia Cup with live coverage of the 2014 ICC World Twenty20, plans for which are to be announced soon, says Warkman.
OSN is also the regional home of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Champions League T20, Big Bash League and the India, England, Australia, Bangladesh and New Zealand cricket home series.
