StarHub syncs TVB dramas in Singapore with Hong Kong

Singapore operator StarHub is to launch a new channel from Hong Kong's TVB allowing viewers to catch all upcoming dramas in their original Cantonese language concurrently with their home transmission.

TVB First will also be Singapore's first subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) channel dedicated to TVB dramas, and for a fixed monthly subscription fee viewers will have the option to enjoy previously screened episodes without having to purchase each premiering episode one day at a time. Content includes popular dramas such as The Ultimate Addiction, Ghost Dragon Of Cold Mountain and Black Heart White Soul. Customers also have the option of watching all programmes on TVB First in Mandarin or Cantonese. To facilitate on-the-go viewing, viewers can also access TVB First via StarHub TV anywhere at
