The Xbox app for Gol Mundial, the premium channel of Spain's Gol TV exclusively dedicated to the World Cup, has finally arrived, two weeks later than expected.

While the Nintendo WiiU app will not now arrive, the multiscreen broadcasting is running on iOS, Android, Windows Phone 8, Samsung and Sony smart TVs and computers.

The premium channel is the only one broadcasting all 64 matches live in Spain. The Gol Mundial app has been allowing viewers to watch the World Cup on mobile devices, with a social TV feature enabling them to comment live on the games.

Gol TV has been deploying 24-hour programming dedicated solely to the World Cup, through Gol Mundial. Over 100 professionals, five mobile units and 20 electronic news-gathering setups have been placed throughout Brazil to follow the World Cup's daily action.
