TV18 enters US TV market with News18 India

Indian media group TV18 has launched a 24-hour channel News18 India in the US, on Dishworld and Dish Network Channel 711.
The move marks TV18's launch in the US broadcast market, following earlier forays in the UK, Singapore and the Middle East.
News18 India – which is produced by the staff on CNN-IBN, CNBC TV-18 and IBN7 in India – will be available to all viewers of the international base package, English news pack and Hindi Mega pack.
