Premier League clubs get own VOD section on Sky Sports

With the new Barclays Premier League season about to kick off and pressure from rivals even greater, BSkyB has launched a video-on-demand section dedicated to every football club in the division.

The new Sky Sports On Demand will allow fans to catch up on programming and features on each of the 20 EPL teams at any time including matches from the Barclays Premier League as shown live on Sky Sports; interviews and documentaries featuring players and managers; documentaries of legends and golden eras; clips and features from Soccer AM and The Fantasy Football Club.

The service will be introduced for the new football season and is part of Sky's drive to achieve differentiation especially from BT Sports. The season the channel will show 116 live Premier League fixtures and launch Sky Sports 5 as a new home for European football featuring those teams in the Champions League including the long-awaited return of Liverpool to the world's premier club football event.
