News channel CNN International will terminate its digital terrestrial distribution in German federal state North-Rhine Westphalia.

Local media authority LfM will decide about the allocation of the vacated DTT slot. Applications have been submitted by Germany’s two largest commercial TV groups RTL and ProSiebenSat.1, according to LfM.
