Over-the-top (OTT) services, web video streaming and cord-cutting are some of the most repeated words in the pay-TV industry lately. In order to look at these trends in detail, consultancy firm BB-Media Business Bureau is holding the BB.TV.DAY in Miami on 10 September, which will be open to every professional willing to participate.

Being the sixth edition of this free seminar, after the success of Colombia's last edition in Bogotá, Business Bureau aims to bring the industry's future into light, with an special focus on Latin America and the Hispanic community in the US.

“We are calling together all the professionals from the media and entertainment industry in this event, which is to be centred on OTT platforms, streaming, cord-cutting and their impact in pay-TV penetration in every country,” explained seminar organiser Horacio Gennari.
