Spanish online distribution platform Videoglobal has added two new networks to its partners' catalogue while increasing its content portfolio through new agreements with production houses.

videoglobalTribo TV and Intereconomía will complete their schedule by buying content from Videoglobal, enabling the platform to strengthen its position in Madrid's local TV market, in which it provides content to over half of the networks.

While the buyers' catalogue grows, the platform's content portfolio follows the same road, thanks to new distribution agreements with Zoom In TV – through which news clips will be offered – Impacto Advertising and the agencies Europa Press and EFE.

The online distribution platform has over 8,000 hours of video content available for TV networks, video-on-demand (VOD) platforms and over-the-top (OTT) operators, most of which comes from Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela, the US and Spain.

The platform has been in the market for three years under the name Errequerre, but changed the brand to Videoglobal in June when it launched a new website. The new name aims to facilitate brand recognition, unify the platform's values and enable penetration in different regions of Europe, America and Asia.
