IBC 2014: SAPEC, DQE sign multiscreen deal

Spanish companies SAPEC and Display Quality Equipment (DQE) have reached an agreement through which SAPEC will internationally distribute and promote the multiscreen processing system QView.

sapecibcQView targets HD channel monitoring for studios and mobile units. The system has six inputs 3G/HD/SD-SDI and one multiscreen output simultaneous by HDMI and 3G/HD-SDI.

The units which SAPEC will distribute can be controlled through an app, Ethernet 10/100 networks or USBs. The audio features are embedded, allowing up to 16 output channels through the 3G/HD port and eight in the HDMI.

Commenting on the deal, reached at IBC, Jose Manuel López, commercial director at SAPEC, said: "This allows us to move forward in our commitment to quality and technological evolution, with the DQE products adding an efficient and reliable solution."

DQE was founded in 2009 and is based in Barcelona, from where it offers a wide portfolio of broadcasting solutions, focusing on professional digital video applications.

SAPEC distributes worldwide solutions for HD and 4K audio and video broadcasters.
