Home Telecom selects Entone for hybrid TV

Home Telecom has selected Entone's Engage Service Assurance solution for hybrid TV services.

Home Telecom is an independent telecommunications company headquartered near the Charleston region of South Carolina, offering quad-play services including IPTV to more than 20,000 access lines, 50% of which are served by fibre to the home or business. In early 2014, Home Telecom announced the first gigabit community in South Carolina.

Entone's Engage service assurance solution offers a suite of software tools customised for service providers to help them manage and support their hybrid IP services over any network. Software modules for Engage include: Ensure for software (firmware) management; Ensight for remote troubleshooting and support; Enforce for device control management; and Enspect for monitoring quality of service.
