Customer service specialist SpatialBuzz has appointed a new head of sales and opened new facilities in Toronto and Taipei as it looks to extend its international presence.

In Taipei, Taiwan, SpatialBuzz has appointed former McAfee, F5 Networks, Juniper Networks and Cisco Systems executive James Yeh as head of sales. Yeh has also held CTO advisory roles within operators like Taiwan Mobile.

"We are absolutely delighted to make these announcements simply because they have come about due to sheer demand for what we are offering a whole new era in customer experience management (CEM)," said Leon Hardwick, director of global sales and marketing at SpatialBuzz.

"The key to it all is being transparent with end users about network performance, leading to major savings in outage costs and call centre management, and also boosting customer loyalty and cutting churn," he added. "Service providers all over the world are recognising the sheer power of our offering and we're growing fast to meet their needs."
