North American wins lift Net Insight in Q3

In its interim report covering the period from January to September 2014, Net Insight has revealed robust growth in revenues and profits for the nine months of the year to date.

Nimbra688The media transport specialist, which delivers transport solution for broadcast and IP media, digital terrestrial TV (DTT) and IPTV/CATV networks, announced that for the third quarter of the 2014 financial year it made net sales of SEK112.2 million, representing 67.6% growth year-on-year. In comparable currencies, the increase was 60%. EBITDA was SEK37.2 million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 33.1%. This meant that for the nine months of the year, net sales were SEK287.3 million, up 42.2% on the figures for 2014. Nine-month EBITDA was SEK59.0 million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin of 20.5%.

Commenting on the announcement of the results, CEO Fredrik Tumegård said: "Net Insight enjoyed a very strong growth in the third quarter primarily as a result of the strategic business on the key North American market. We note that the global underlying demand is positive and stable even excluding the North American deals."
