Samsung hits new milestone for UK connected TV smart hub

CE giant Samsung has maintained its connected TV momentum and UK market leadership after revealing that its smart TV platform now has more than 1.5 million weekly unique users.
This represents a 50% increase in users over the past nine months for a platform which offers full catch-up TV from the likes of ITV Player, BBC iPlayer, 4oD and Demand 5 and Netflix, the latter with an UltraHD option. It also offers curated and independent world cinema from MUBI and Curzon Home Cinema.
