    entering ID codes into the receiver

    how do you add d+ 4101 ID 02 and 03 codes when my receiver only shows me ID 00 and 01 when I enter 4101??

    my receiver is a mondeal 9000 super if that helps thanks in advance

    Dont worry about entering extra 02 - 03 as when codes are changed they only change either 00 and 01 or 02 and 03 together, so that means only two lines of code are used at any time. So when they say they are changing 02 and 03 all you do is change the 00 and the 01 to 02 and 03 and vice vesa for the other way, then all is done.     I know that I am replying to your answer to someone else but please help me as my receiver is blocked......
    If you can help I would be very gratefull...
    I have (HORNET) I tried to load the new boot loader for KAON 2.19.v4
    and now my receiver does not operate any more....
    Is there a way to unblock it PLEASE PLEASE...
