YuppTV adds Colors, MTV, News18 in SE Asia

Online streaming service YuppTV has launched the Viacom18 channels Colors, MTV and News18 for viewers in Singapore and Malaysia.

The live and catch-up over-the-top (OTT) service, available around the world, now delivers more than 200 Indian TV channels and video-on-demand (VOD) in 12 regional languages, as well as movies.

"With the launch of Colors, MTV India and News18 on YuppTV in Singapore and Malaysia we have further strengthened our partnership with the platform. We are committed to deliver quality entertainment and news services to South Asian audiences across the globe and are confident that our content will be enjoyed by audiences in Singapore and Malaysia," said Gaurav Gandhi, group chief operating officer for the channels' distributor IndiaCast.

Colors features entertainment shows such as Comedy Nights with Kapil, Balika Vadhu, Shastri Sisters, Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi, and Bigg Boss 8, while MTV will provide music and entertainment to a young audience.
