Globo adds more Latin drama to Natpe catalogue

Brazilian production house Globo has unveiled the telenovela Fight or Love? as part of its Natpe 2015 portfolio.

globofightThe soap opera is a re-interpretation of a drama that was a major hit in the 1980s which was licensed for countries including Bolivia, Canada, Chile, Ecuador, Spain, the US, Italy, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Dominican Republic, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Written by Silvio de Abreu, the humorous plot reached 35 million viewers during Globo's prime time in Brazil while in Portugal the telenovela aired on Globo's basic channel and ranked among the most popular pay-TV shows in the country.

Fight or Love? (120 x 60' episodes), features soap opera stars such as Gloria Pires (Irrational Heart), Edson Celulari (Pages of Life), Luana Piovani, (The Invisible Woman) and Bianca Bin (The Enchanted Tale), among others.

Globo will be presenting its full catalogue at Napte, including some of its latest blockbusters such as Doomed and The Party.
