MWC 2015: Altitude Digital launches mobile video platform

Claiming that it can now deliver advertisers more than 22 billion monthly opportunities, supply-side video platform (SSP) provider Altitude Digital has launched a mobile video offer service.

In all Altitude Mobile is attributed with extending the company's suite of monetisation tools to help publishers thrive within the programmatic video marketplace. Altitude says that to date while publishers have raced to make mobile video advertising inventory available, many have experienced difficulty-pairing inventory with qualified ad buyers. The new platform is designed to help connect those publishers with demand partners to increase fill rates and monetise that mobile inventory.
"Mobile devices are very clearly the future of online video advertising, but not all buyers are taking advantage of this highly engaging medium and fill rates are low through programmatic channels," explained Frank Mattox, CRO of AppTrailers. "Altitude Digital's new mobile solution addresses this issue by delivering high volume of quality mobile video supply to new mobile advertisers."
"Mobile video is growing significantly, and both publishers and advertisers need solutions for delivering the best ad experience to consumers," added Altitude Digital CEO Jeremy Ostermiller. "Altitude's new mobile solution is the latest development in Altitude's mission to provide publishers with everything they need to deliver and monetise digital video, no matter what device the consumer is using."
