Tres60 joins Eurocom for LATAM broadcast solutions

Spain's Tres60 group has signed a joint venture deal with Eurocom to launch international projects for the broadcast industry, focusing on Latin America by also eyeing the Caribbean and Northern Africa.
tres60logoEurocom, which has extensive experience delivering turn-key solutions for Latin American broadcasters, will be working with Tres60 on projects regarding engineering, equipment distribution, and operation and management of broadcasting centres.
Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will share information on the upcoming opportunities in the region and will collaborate to create new commercial and marketing relations. Both companies will also create a multidisciplinary team to control the management and quality of the projects in order to reduce expenses.
Through this move, Tres60 group confirms is intentions of becoming more international through 2015, as it has so far been focusing on the Spanish market through its subsidiary Telson which distributes content from Turner in the Iberian Peninsula, as well as TCM, TNT and Cartoon Network on Spanish and Portuguese pay-TV, among other channels.
