Three of NBCUniversal's cable nets, Bravo, Oxygen and Esquire, have taken on a number of unscripted programmes for the coming year.
Bravo has ten new entries, according to Variety, Oxygen has eight and Esquire has five.
Oxygen and Esquire are also partnering on a tandem docuseries effort — each will produce a separate show that features the same cast of Los Angeles-based comedians looking for their lucky break. Living with Funny will premiere on Oxygen, which will follow their personal lives, while Esquire's Comedians of LA will focus on their working lives. The two shows will premiere at the same time and be cross-promoted on both networks.
Bravo's efforts will include a road-trip series featuring Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak Biermann, and a series centered on social climbers in Texas, dubbed Ladies of Dallas. Mother Funders meanwhile will focus on moms who run a parent-teacher Organisation in a small Georgia town.
Oxygen notably will debut a show about female football players in the Legends Football League, as well as The Hustle, which will follow personal assistants for entrepreneurs and Hollywood types.
Esquire's new stable includes Somm, which follows six New Yorkers who are vying for the title of Master Sommelier, and a culinary competition series, The United States of Burgers.
