Konrad Skorczynski has been appointed the customer service director at UPC Polska, Polandís leading cable operator.
In his new role, effective from this month, he will be responsible for the development and implementation of a customer service strategy at the company.
Skorczynski has been at UPC since 2000 and held managerial position since 2004.
A graduate of Liberty Globalís Fast Forward programme, which aims to develop the strategic skills of selected managers at the company, he was most recently the senior manager of the technical support department.
Skorczynski will work in a team headed by Jakub Kloczewiak, who besides being responsible for customer service in Poland, as VP customer care and customer experience, is also responsible for the preparation and implementation of strategy for Liberty Global in this area for the whole of CEE.
