Portugal's wTVision has provided the voting system for LevŠntate, the Spanish edition of Stand Up For Your Country, the first series of which concluded a couple of weeks ago.
wtvisionLevŠntate, a Zodiak Media format produced by Mediaset and La Competencia TV for Telecinco, is a singing competition where parents and children couple up to sing their favourite songs together.
The wTVision voting system is said to differentiate LevŠntate from other talent shows, with each seat having a sensor that registers a vote every time an audience member stands up during an act. Receivers inside the studio then retrieve the information wirelessly.
The wTVision team managed and processed the votes through Builder CG, and a giant LED wall was included in the set where graphics showing maps with the voters' location, the number of votes and the final scores were displayed.
LevŠntate aired on Telecinco during February and March, and has been sold by Zodiak to many other countries following its selection as one of the 20 freshest formats at MIPTV 2014.
