VSN reboots international strategy with new sales chief

Spain's VSN has appointed Mario Díaz Becar as sales director for MENA, APAC, Europe, Africa and the Americas, and announced a new international strategy, aiming to increase turnover and consolidate the company's presence worldwide.
becarvsnFor the last nine years, Díaz Becar has developed the role of VSN's sales manager for Latin America, achieving a 30% annual sales increase since 2010. He will now join the team at the headquarters of the broadcasting solution's company in Barcelona to coordinate VSN's commercial efforts worldwide. Among his first goals is to improve sales policy, reach commercial agreements with other companies from the sector to enhance synergies, and strengthen relationships with end clients.
"We are reorganising all our operations, from the most basic processes to the most complex, and launching a complete new strategic plan," explained Jordi Utiel, VSN's president and CEO. "We are sure that Mario Díaz, in charge of the sales area of the company, will be crucial to meet all the ambitious objectives we have set for the next years."
To fill the vacancy left by Díaz Becar in LATAM, Roberto Duif has been appointed as sales manager. Duif has previous experience in VSN as channel manager for Western and Eastern Europe, managing international accounts.
