Univision Deportes has launched Zona NBA, a new Sunday morning sports magazine show with highlights of the league's basketball games and news, on UniMás and Univision Deportes Network (UDN).

The show is part of a multi-year partnership announced in March by the National Basketball Association (NBA) and Univision Deportes to provide fans with the league's content across multimedia platforms in Spanish, thus bringing the national basketball to the Hispanic community.

As part of such agreement, Univision Deportes has covered various NBA marquee events like NBA All-Star, now broadcasting the NBA Playoffs and The Finals. Univision Deportes is also collaborating with the NBA on other events throughout the season.

Zona NBA, which is to last until the end of the season, is hosted by Ramses Sandoval and Diego Balado, and also includes profiles of star Hispanic basketball players, lifestyle segments and features from the world of professional basketball.

In addition, Zona NBA will offer viewers weekly interviews with guests such as brothers Pau and Marc Gasol, Spanish players on different NBA teams, and Dominican Al Horford, from the Atlanta Hawks.

In addition to regular broadcast through the US' pay-TV operators, basketball fans can also join the social conversation about the show on Univision Deportes' Twitter, Facebook and Instagram profiles.
