Canal+'s video-on-demand (VOD) and online platform Yomvi is to start offering the Disney Channel's TV everywhere and VOD service Pop Pick this week, enabling viewers to access Disney content on mobile and connected devices.
Yomvi, which has over 750,000 unique monthly users and over two million registered devices, will renew the service's content every week.
Disney Channel's Pop Pick is divided into two platforms: Pop, with latest content and exclusive premieres; and Pick, with complete series available on-demand. The content will be available in Spanish and in English with subtitles.
The service joins Disney's extensive Yomvi online offer, as the kids' content producer already offers three of Disney's linear channels via Canal+'s streaming platform. Pop Pick intends to increase the Disney offer and meet the demands of younger viewers who wants to watch content anywhere at any time.
Pop Pick will be added on every platform supported by Yomvi, namely Samsung and LG smart TVs, PlayStation 3 and 4, Xbox 360, iOS and Android tablets and smartphones, and the iPlus platform along with the browser-based platform Yomvi.es.
