Atresmedia's Latin American pay-TV channel íHola! TV and DIRECTV have created Art-vertising, a new advertising company aiming to meet the demands of their shared clients through 360║ initiatives.

"íHola! TV has the competitive advantage of having a very well-defined target as well as a significant, and growing, number of subscribers, which allows advertisers to join a solid brand with original content," commented Ignacio Sanz de Avedo, CEO and general manager at íHola! TV.

The new company will be led by Carmelo Di Fazzio, regional sales manager at DIRECTV, and will work closely with a team led by Edith Carranza, who is in charge of íHola! TV's commercial department. Art-vertising will focus on Latin America's main advertising markets from a central office in Miami.

"We are looking forward to extending our commercial offer together with íHola! TV in order to continue delivering personalised packages to our clients," added JosÚ Luis Marrero, senior director for DIRECTV Latin America.

Launched in October 2013, íHola! TV has found a constant partner in DIRECTV, whose satellite network has brought the Atresmedia signal to nearly ten million homes across Latin America and the US.
