Eros Now adds Pakistani VOD content from Hum TV

Indian video streaming service Eros Now has sealed a content deal with Pakistani broadcaster and digital content company Hum TV.

Subscribers to the Hindi video-on-demand (VOD) service Eros Now will now be able to also access Hum TV's entire library, with new programmes available 48 hours before they are aired on any other platform in India. Popular Hum TV shows include Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Humsafar and Dastaan.

"We are extremely happy to introduce Pakistan's popular soaps to a new digital generation of South Asians globally and add to our roster of content. The partnership with a leading channel like Hum will give our subscribers an opportunity to view the much sought after and varied Pakistani content," said Rishika Lulla Singh, CEO, Eros Now.
