beIN nets 2.5MN viewers for first two Mexico Copa America games

According to Nielsen Media Research, nearly 2.5 million viewers watched the first two Mexican National team matches from Copa America on beIN SPORTS and beIN SPORTS en Español.
The football tournament features the top Latin American nations and sees the likes of Barcelona's Lionel Messi and Neymar — teammate Luis Suárez is banned after his infamous bite at 2014's World Cup — playing for their countries. The audience for the Chile vs. Mexico match from the on 15 June on beIN SPORTS en Español totalled 1.06 million, one of the highest rated telecasts in the channel's history.
Mexico's next match will be on 19 June, versus Ecuador, for a chance to advance into the quarter-final round. The Copa America final will be played on 4 July, and will air exclusively on beIN SPORTS, beIN SPORTS en Español and beIN CONNECT.
Over 1.3 million viewers have also watched The Express XTRA Chile 2015, the network's daily sports wrap-up show featuring highlights and analysis, since the tournaments opening on 11 June. The Spanish show features hosts Ana Cobos, Miguel Serrano, Carmen Boquin and Pablo Mariño, joined by special guests Francisco 'Kikin' Fonseca and Sergio Goycochea. In English, host Terri Leigh is joined by special guest analysts Ruud Gullit, Christian Vieri, Juan Pablo Angel, Andy Gray, Richards Keys and Tony Meola.
