Univision preps youth awards, eyeing Hispanic millennials

The winners of the Univision Network's Premios Juventud (Youth Awards) 2015, one of the summer's most popular events for young Latinos, will be announced in a live show tonight (16 July).
Premios Juventud, which recognises the best artists from all entertainment genres, is officially sponsored by Chevrolet, COVERGIRL, Dodge, Dr Pepper, MARVEL ANT-MAN, McDonald's, Nissan North America, State Farm, Sony Pictures Entertainment's HOTEL TRANSYLVANIA 2, Target, T-Mobile and Verizon.
The gala will be presented by Hispanic stars from the music and telenovela arenas, including Cristián de la Fuente, Paulina Goto and Marjorie de Sousa, as well as Univision TV and radio hosts Enrique Santos and Rodolfo Soules. The world of music will be represented by Argentine singer Axel and Spain's Natalia Jiménez, as well as the Mexican group Calibre 50 and Afro-Colombian hip-hoppers ChocQuibTown.
"Each summer, Premios Juventud brings the top acts in music, movies, telenovelas and sports into the home of millennial fans across the country," said Keith Turner, president of advertising sales and marketing, Univision Communications.
