Following its growing popularity across Latin America, celebrity network íHola! TV has been added to the line-up of the over-the-top (OTT) platform YipTV, targeting Hispanics and multi-lingual audiences across the US.

YipTV is a broadband television service that brings live channel broadcasts from around the world to tens of millions of foreign-born viewers living in the United States.

Already boasting over 500 hours of original content produced at its studios in Miami, the magazine channel offers shows including Mundo íHola!, íHola! Diario, íHolala!, or íHola! Fashion, as well as hit series from Spain such as The Time in Between, Old Bridges' Secret and Galerias Velvet.

"When we chose to serve the 40 million multi-linguals living in the US as our target market and were looking for sources of content that would readily appeal to them, íHola! TV was a no brainer for us," said YipTV CEO Michael Tribolet. "This is a network with tremendous viewership and we knew we had to have it in our channel line-up if we were going to succeed."

"New platforms such as OTT open additional avenues for content delivery and we felt YipTV was a perfect next-generation outlet to broaden our reach to new audiences," said Ignacio Sanz de Acedo, CEO and general manager of íHola! TV. "We are confident that our go-to-market alliance with YipTV will be a winning formula for us and our viewers."
