AT&T’s U-verse has added Audience Network to its channel lineup.

AT&T’s nearly 6 million TV customers will receive the new channel, previously only available on DIRECTV. Audience Network series include Kingdom starring Nick Jonas, Undeniable with Joe Buck, Off Camera with Sam Jones and Guitar Center Sessions.

“We’re always looking for new ways to give our customers the most value for their programming dollar. Adding Audience Network is a perfect way to do that,” said Dan York, chief content officer, AT&T. “There is no better time to experience Audience Network’s compelling programming. Whether you’re a movie buff, a sports fan or a music enthusiast, Audience Network’s fall lineup has something for you.”

"Since 2011, Audience Network has always had one goal — to create the most compelling original content for our customers and provide them with an entertainment experience that cannot be found anywhere else,” said Chris Long, senior vice president, AT&T Original Content and Production. "We believe this [addition] helps set AT&T apart.”

Audience Network has been a premium exclusive for DirecTV customers since 2011.

New content will continue to be important for AT&T to grow its TV business, which lost 22,000 video customers in the second quarter — the first-ever subscriber loss for the telco’s IPTV service.
