Sinclair consolidates TV programming, promotion and publicity

'Responsibilities and opportunities' have been cited for a major corporate reorganisation of programme and promotion strategies by Sinclair Broadcast Group.

The move will see Arthur Hasson appointed as COO, Sinclair Programming, who is now in charge of all programming functions while William Butler has been appointed as senior vice president of promotion and corporate marketing. In addition, he will continue the management and implementation of station audience promotion and advertising for which he will report to the Co-COOs of Sinclair Television Group.
