CSA announces 13 mobile TV channels

French media authority CSA announced the 13 winners of the mobile TV service to start later this year. Canal+ and TF1 each have won two channels. Orange was awarded a license for Orange Sport.
The Canal+ Group will have a mobile version of Canal+ and their news channel i-Télé; TF1 will broadcast their main channel as well as Eurosport. The company failed to get a license for their news channel LCI.
Other successful applicants are the news channel BFM TV, Direct , EuropaCorp, M6, NRJ 12, NT1, Vigin 17 and W9.
