France: TV ad revenues falling

TV advertising revenues in France reached €4.05 billion, down 0.7%, between January and August 2008.

Citing figures from TNS Media Intelligence, French TV advertising association SNPTV added in a statement that the six national networks generated €3.14 billion over this period.

DTT and cabsat channels attracted 22.5% of the global invests and generated €914 million over the period, up 28.6 %.
